Training and competing at the highest level places great demand on the body. Without the best fueling and refueling strategy, the body will be unable to perform its best. So often the difference between who wins and who loses is a breakdwon in mental and physicla performance in the dying minutes of a game, or the final stretch of a season. This is often down to poor fueling strategies / implementation.

Unfortunately, athlete spend 95% of their attention thinking about training, and 5% thinking about recovery.
